Very friendly chef- Younis, who greeted us, guided us around the stalls of food and spices which, will be our ingredients for cooking. Enjoyable instructional class learning how to prepare and cook; picked up some useful tips! There were diners coming in for lunch and saw us cooking. It created a bit of a fun atmosphere.

We booked two back-to-back experiences in Rabat — the food tour, combined with a city tour. The result was fabulous. Our host, Benmokhtar Mohamed, could not have been better. Through the whole day, he was energetic, smiling, attentive, eager-to-please, informative — just the best that a host can be to a group of strangers. The multi-course home meal prepared for us — with the chefs showing us how it was done over several hours — was one of the best I have ever had. I especially enjoyed the food shopping (and sampling) expedition led by Mohamed.
