Sweet Moroccan vegetables starters fresh & easy

Hey what is up guys, Happy ramadan to all of you and back again with some salads ideas hope you enjoyed watching, and you liked the ideas, comment down bellow what recipe we should make next, here’s the recipes bellow :

Pumpkin mash Starter

Ingredients :
– ½ Kg Pumpkin
– Salt, sugar, cinnamon, turmeric
Method : The pumpkins should be peeled cut to 1 inch cubes and boiled just for 5 to 7 min with a small cup of water it should preserve it’s color and it should be Soft, add some neutral oil, put all the spices in 1cs turmeric, 2cs Cinnamon, pinch of salt, 2cs sugar (or honey). Keep stirring and crushing the cubes gently until you get some brownish caramelized paste. once Done you can serve it hot or cold.

Tomatoes jam Starter

Ingredients :
– 3 big tomatoes
– Salt, sugar, cinnamon, black pepper
Method : The tomatoes should be peeled, and with no seeds cut to 1 inch cubes and boiled just for 5 min with a small cup of water should be Soft like a sauce, add some neutral oil, put all the spices in 1cs black pepper, 2cs Cinnamon, pinch of salt, 2cs sugar (or honey). Keep stirring and crushing the tomatoes gently until you get some brownish caramelized paste jam like texture. once Done you can serve it hot or cold.

Carrots with orange juice

ingredients :
– 4 regular size carrots
– 1 cup Orange juice
– Sugar
– Orange blossom water (Optional)
Method : peel the carrots grate them and add the orange juice, sugar to taste and one spoon of orange blossom water

Cabbage and apples

Ingredients :
1 quarter of cabbage
1 apple
1 lemon
sugar
Method : Grate the cabbage, cut the appel into very small pieces and extract the orange for the lemon as well as some o the pulp, add two spoons of sugar mix everything and you’re done ?
