For this Cooking Class session, Chef Reda will take you to his place in the morning, just after a short visit of the souk and some spices shops where he will provide you with all kinds of explanations about the ingredients, traditions and customs related to the moroccan food culture.
For a few hours, you will be part of the “Chef” brigade, which will give you the great and small gastronomic secrets of the culinary art of the city of Tangier, its traditions and its origin. You will be accompanied throughout this experience in order to familiarize with the techniques of Moroccan gastronomy and the presentation of gourmet plates. you have to choose between Chicken Couscous with vegetables, beef Couscous with vegetables, Vegetarian Couscous, Pastilla (Philodough with chicken and almonds).
At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to taste the menu (Couscous or Pastilla, Dessert) that you have prepared, served with a lot of love and hospitality, before receiving a certificate of success around a friendly and joyful Moroccan tea.
